Process and Services

Together, in our brainstorming session, we can explore countless possibilities, combining elements from multiple photos and choosing from various art styles to bring your vision to life. The result will be something meaningful and beautiful that will be treasured forever.

1. Fill out the Client Information Form

Here, you’ll fill out your contact information, and brief information about your project.

2. Schedule First Video Call

Once the form is complete, you’ll receive a message via your preferred contact method. Together, we’ll schedule our first video call to outline the details of your project. 

3. Choose Medium and Deliverables

Medium

Mixed Media

Digitally drawn portrait in any art style of your choice with a custom-painted background. Two elements are combined onto a digital platform.

 

Digital Illustration

With this option, you'll receive a piece of artwork that is made purely digital. 
 

Oil Painting 

Oil painting on a canvas. If you're ordering an oil painting, purchasing merchandise will include an additional cost due to printing and shipping. 

 

Deliverable

Digital

Receive a digital file of your portrait via email (not an option for oil paintings).

Print

  • Framed (Mixed Media and Digital)

  • Printed on Canvas (Mixed Media and Digital)

  • Placement on Merchandise: t-shirts, mugs, tote bags, etc. (Mixed Media, Digital, and Oil Paintings

4. Discuss Project Details

During our first meeting, you’ll enlighten me on the vision you have for your future portrait. Together, we’ll brainstorm composition ideas and also discuss the concept, size, cost, and estimated time frame. 

5. Receive Proof

Shortly after the call, you’ll receive a proof that includes your project details as mentioned above. A small percentage of the price is due upfront. This is required in order to begin the project.

6. Receive Artwork

Your final artwork will be delivered via email or UPS delivery. 

Methodology

Factors:

  • Size

    • Small: ​(e.g., 8x10, 9x12)

    • Medium: (e.g., 16x20, 18x24)

    • Large: (e.g., 24x36, 30x40)

    • Extra Large: (e.g., 36x48, 48x60)

  • Number of Subjects (Single, Two, or 3+) 

  • Portrait Composition (Headshot, Waist-up, Full-body)

  • Incorporation of Multiple Photos

  • Customized Background

  • Printing: Costs to be determined based on size and format
